It’s easy to become a volunteer at Lower Cape Fear Hospice

We offer training both online and in person, and we make sure volunteering is accessible to all walks of life. This includes students, those with full-time jobs and those who have limited time but a willingness to serve.

Volunteers may serve as an individual or as part of a group. We welcome those of any age, but opportunities may be limited for those under age 18.

We particularly need male volunteers. In many cases, male patients prefer a male volunteer to provide companionship, social and emotional support.

Become a volunteer today and see how you can be the difference in a patient’s life.
